My level 2 Qigong Teacher Training in Bali
16/05/2025 | By Judi
What a great couple of months we have had.
I attended Level 2 live Qigong teacher training in Bali, with Forest Rock Qigong and what an amazing 15 days of intensive training it was.
The key learnings included new Qigong:
- Practices
- Meditation
- Meridian and systems alignment
- Alignment to neuroscience
- and so much more....
This was nothing short of life changing. Imagine immersing yourself in an environment where every moment is dedicated to deepening your understanding and enhancing your skills.
It wasn't just about learning to teach Qigong; it was about transforming my personal practice. I discovered depths within myself that I never knew existed. The sense of community was incredible at the training. Sharing experiences and learning together created bonds that felt like family. We supported each other, laughed together, and grew together.
The advanced techniques we learned were powerful. They strengthened my body and refined my energy flow. My sensitivity to Qi has heightened, allowing me to work with energy in ways I couldn't have imagined before. This has profoundly enhanced both my practice and my teaching.
The insights into Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Qigong were eye-opening. This knowledge has enriched my understanding and ability to teach more effectively. Learning new aspects of exercises and their medical applications is adding so much depth to my classes. The training also refined my ability to focus and quiet my mind, bringing greater mental clarity and peace.
One of the fascinating parts of the training was the neuroscience component. The teachings bridged ancient Qigong practices with modern neuroscience, providing practical tools to calm the nervous system, improve posture, and enhance body awareness. Understanding the physiological effects of Qigong on the brain and nervous system added a scientific dimension to my practice that was incredibly enlightening.
Overall, completing this training has been an extraordinary opportunity to elevate my practice and teaching skills. It has been a continuation of my journey towards self-realisation and Qigong mastery, offering profound insights and growth.
If you have any specific questions about Qigong I'd love to share more about my experience!
